The Test Strip King buys unused, sealed diabetic supplies. This page explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
What we collect
- Your name, cell number, email and ZIP code when you sign up or ask for a quote.
- The items you tell us you have, and photos you send of them.
- Pickup details, like your address and the times that work for you.
- Payment details needed to pay you, like your payout method.
How we use it
- To give you prices, schedule pickups or mail-ins, and pay you.
- To send you price updates, promos and news by text and email, only if you agreed to it.
- To answer your questions and keep records of what we bought.
Text messages
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
We only share your information with companies that help us run the business, like our texting, email, shipping and payment providers, and only so they can do that work for us. We don't sell your information.
You can stop texts at any time by replying STOP. Reply HELP for help. See our Texting Terms for details.
Website visits and ads
Our sign-up page uses the Meta Pixel and tracking links to see which posts and ads bring people to us. This tells Meta that someone visited the page or signed up. It does not send your name, phone number, email or the items you have. You can limit ad tracking in your browser and in your Facebook ad settings.
Pharmacy labels
If a box has a pharmacy label with your name on it, we remove and destroy the label. We don't keep that information.
Keeping it safe
We keep your information in secure systems that only our team can get into, and only for as long as we need it to run the business or as the law requires.
